It’s me from a week back. Right now, I’m trying to stick to this new habit of hitting the gym three times a week, and I’m guessing you’re either feeling proud or a little guilty by now. Don’t sweat it if you skipped a day life happens! Just lace up those sneakers and get back to it. You’ve been wanting to feel stronger, and you’re closer than you think.
